Area celebrities including Rick Thompson, Executive Director of Michigan NORML, will be on hand Saturday, November 19 for the Second Annual the 1000 Turkey Giveaway in Flint at the LightnUp Provisioning Center.
The event is co-sponsored by NORML and Hero Project USA, a non-profit that works with the cannabis community to provide funding to Veteran Service Organizations.
Hero Project USA works through the Canna Social Equity Fund.
